Harris Bipods
mount directly to the QD (quick detachable) sling swivel stud on the
forearm of the weapon. Adapters are also available for weapons without a
QD sling swivel stud on the forearm. Harris bipods are available in
various lengths for prone and sitting firing positions. S models swivel
about 40 degrees to allow the shooter to level the rifle on uneven
ground. The non S models do not swivel. All Harris models have built in
QD sling studs and can be mounted to fold forward or backwards when not
in use and are easily attached and removed from the weapon. |
