Special Orders & Parts Procurement:
If CGW is not a stocking dealer of the needed items, we can obtain your custom order upon request.
A 7% service charge will be applied to the actual total cost of the order including shipping.
 
Custom Build Gun Orders:
Gunsmithing & Custom Build or Service orders over $500 require a 50% deposit at time of order.
Remaining unpaid balance is billed upon completion.
a) Cancellations' of custom build orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
 
Payment & Property Abandonment:
CGW accepts Visa - MasterCard - Personal check - Money order - Certified Check
 a) Items not paid for upon notice of completion, will be held for 45 days before considered abandoned.
After such time has expired, The items will be sold for balance due and services rendered.
Abandonment policy does not apply to persons on over seas deployment or active duty.
 
Consignments:
Consignment fee is 10% of the sale price plus actual shipping cost.
CGW makes no guarantees that your items will sell for your asking price.
 
NICS - Receiver & Firearm Transfers:
Dealer transfer fee's apply to out of state shipments- $25 Plus Nevada state NICS check - $25.
Nevada State CCW permit holders are now required to preform the state NICS check and pay fee's.
 a) Prepaid purchases from out of state Manufactures or FFL dealers.
     ¹ CGW must have a current FFL copy on file with your vendor, before shipment can proceed.
     ² Private parties will not receive a signed copy of our FFL license.
        Private party sellers may validate our legitimate FFL through the ATF EZ check system.

 b) Firearms shipped by private party for services or repair, do not require an FFL for shipping to CGW.
     ¹ Returning service repaired firearms do not require an FFL or further NICS check by the customer.
       Completed services and customer owned firearms can be received directly back to the customer.
 
Incoming Service Shipments:
All Service related work must be accompanied by a completed  Job Order Form >> [ click here to fill out ]
Please send only the parts necessary to complete the requested work on your firearm.
If having a kit assembled, please inspect closely for obvious worn, damaged or missing items.
$30.00 minimum labor charge on gunsmith related services.
 
Return Service - Flat Rate Shipping Fee`s:
Complete rifle - $35 / Rifle Uppers & Lowers - $21 / Handguns - $40 / Handgun Slides - $12
CGW provides up to $900.00 free shipping insurance upon return service. Additional insurance is .80 per hundred dollars. All complete Firearms are freely packed in Doskocil hard plastic gun cases and heavy cardboard boxes for extra protection. Shipping case capacity is limited. Numerous spare items may require additional shipping cost for additional packages. Shipments must be returned to the address of original owner or sender. Changes of return address, require written notice.
All Firearm deliveries are " Signature Required " upon delivery. No exceptions !
