EOTech HWS 516 has been developed to optimize the functionality of the EOTech HWS. The buttons have been moved from the back to the left side for instant access, allowing a magnifier, night vision, or a back up iron sight to fit closely to the EOTech HWS body. New button position allows the user to operate the L3 EOTech HWS function switches easier than ever before. This allows for EOTech magnifiers to be mounted right up behind the HWS without interfering with access to the brightness controls. Additionally, a portion of the front base has been raised 7mm to allow the sight to be mounted in a forward scout position and to fit over standard hand guards found on many M-4 or M-16 style weapons. The L3 EOTech 516.A65/1 Holographic Weapon Sight is configured with a standard EOTech 65 MOA outer ring with 1 MOA aiming dot.
