factory magazines feature a stiff metal tube within the polymer outer housing,
which, along with the factory follower and spring, ensures reliable feeding of
rounds up the ramp and into the chamber. Glock factory magazines resist
deformation, even when dropped from heights or exposed to extremes of heat and
cold, like only the original can do.
