TROY TRX 308 (Troy Receiver Extension) Extreme BattleRails are a One-Piece Free
Floating Rail, designed for secure installation. Troy
308
TRX rails are custom
manufactured from aircraft aluminum and finished in MIL-SPEC Type III hard coat
with Teflon. Exceptionally rigid design delivers sustained accuracy, even under
hot barrel conditions that cause groups to wander on other rifles. This system
allows the operator to install only the needed rails and accessories to suit the

Extreme also includes one 4” rail
w/swivel soccket and two 2” quick-attach rail sections for mounting
lights, lasers and bipods in the locations you choose for
accessories.
The new Troy TRX-308 BattleRail has
a proprietary barrel nut provides superior strength. Includes handguard,
barrel nut and three quick-attach rails. Available models for Armalite AR10,
DPMS LR-308 (Newer production Low Profile 1/8" & Older production High Profile
3/16" upper receivers) and other upper receivers that are compatible with the
LR-308 and AR10 Platforms.
Note: Removal
of barrel nut assembly and front sight block required. Gunsmith installation
is recommended

How to tell what type of DPMS LR-308
receiver you have:
IMPORTANT: DPMS, BUSHMASTER &
REMINGTON may have two different height upper receivers.
The new “Low Profile” upper receiver has a 1/8″ wide top portion
where the charging handle is installed.
The older “High Profile” upper receiver has a 3/16″ wide top portion
where the charging handle is installed. |
