Carson Desert Big Dog Knife - Desert TiNi Tanto Combo Edge
CRKT M16®-14D Carson Desert Big Dog. All aluminum frame M16 with all the
features of the gray-handled M16s, but in desert camo.
The 3.875” (9.8 cm) AUS 8 stainless
steel blade with Combined Razor-Sharp and Triple-Point™ Serrated edges was
chosen for edge retention and durability, the AUS 8 blade receives a highly
corrosion-resistant Desert Tan non-reflective Titanium Nitride Coating.
Contoured and textured 6061 T6 Aluminum Desert Tan Handles are hard coat
anodized. The single 420J2 stainless steel locking liner with friction grooves
provides positive locking. Easy One-hand opening and closing is velvet smooth
with dual thumb studs and the Carson Flipper, Teflon® bearings at the
blade pivot. Ambidextrous thumb studs with checkered surface provide instant
access in any circumstance. The CRKT Carson Desert Tactical "Big Dog " knife
includes the new advanced AutoLAWKS™ blade safety, which automatically
converts the knife into a virtual fixed blade when locked opened.
