Kershaw Blackout knives by Ken Onion Design - These durable Blackout models are some of the first of Kershaw's Ken Onion SpeedSafe Assisted opening knives and still among the best. The Kershaw Blackout blade is coated with scratch-resistant Black Tungsten DLC for a handsome, non-reflective corrosion resistant surface. All Kershaw Blackout knives include a contoured handle of injection-molded Polyimide, an extremely durable engineering plastic, for a comfortable and stable grip. Stainless-steel internal liners add to the overall handle strength.

I love this knife. My dad bought it for me several years ago and it has been my every day carry ever since. It comes razor sharp (I cut myself deep enough to need stitches about a week after I got it, so be careful) and holds an edge for a good little while. I've used this thing for everything from cutting wires, cloth, boxes, I've even opened cans with it. It hasn't corroded at all in a wet and salty environment. Bottom line is this is a solid knife that I plan to use for a long time. I've even bought a few extra in case they stop making them.
