MCTAR-03 : Midwest Ind. Long Rail Forearm Mount - 4.0" Aluminum Picatinny Rail
Midwest ind. Long Under Forearm Rail fits AR series handguargds with large or small ventilation holes. Mil Spec 6061 hard coat anodized aluminum construction. Suitable for mounting picatinny rail bipods or forward vertical grip and flash lights. Made In the USA.

Simple bolt on installation.
In most circumstances you will be able to use standard heat shields after installation.
